This mat is awesome! The rubber on the bottom of the mat makes so that it will stay in place on any floor material (I’ve used it on rugs as well as wood floors), which makes it optimal for safety. The cork material on the top layer is non-slip as well and perfect for doing yoga poses without slipping. It’s also very thick which is great if you use these mats to do things like sit ups — the thickness of this mat really eases the pressure on your spine. I also love the zen themed design. Would definitely recommend this product!

Upon opening the mat and placing it down with the rubber side against the hardwood floor, there was no slippage at all. When I stepped on it, there was such a comfortable cushion to the yoga mat. I felt reassured with every step.I know using this mat on a daily basis will help protect me during various poses.I highly recommend it because of the comfort and safety it provides.
