Terms of sale

These general terms and conditions of sale govern the contractual relationship between the company SAS YAO SHI FO (hereinafter "the Seller") and any individual or legal entity (hereinafter "the Customer") placing an order on the website www.yaoshifo.com.

2. Products

The products offered are natural cork yoga mats, available for pre-order. The photographs are for illustrative purposes only and accurately represent the product.

3. Order

The order is final upon validation by payment. The Customer receives an automatic confirmation email.

4. Pre-order

The Customer acknowledges that this is a pre-ordered product. The estimated delivery time is specified on the product page (estimated between July 20 and August 10, 2025).

5. Price

Prices are expressed in euros, including VAT. The Seller reserves the right to modify its prices at any time.

6. Payment

Payment is made online via Shopify Payments or PayPal. The order is considered accepted upon receipt of payment.

7. Delivery

Delivery is made to the address provided by the Customer. Shipping costs may apply. The Seller cannot be held responsible for any delay caused by the carrier.

8. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the Consumer Code, the Customer has 14 days after receiving the product to withdraw from the contract. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer.

9. Personal Data

The data collected is used solely for order processing. It is neither resold nor transferred.

10. Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. Any dispute will be brought before the competent courts of the Seller's registered office.

11. Customer Review Management

The purpose of reviews published on the yaoshifo.fr website is to inform consumers about their experience purchasing and using the products offered by SAS Yao Shi Fo.

Reviews may be collected:

  • directly after a purchase made on the yaoshifo.fr website;
  • or from partner platforms, including Amazon.fr.

When reviews originate from an external platform, their source is expressly stated. The company does not modify the content of reviews.

Reviews may be moderated before or after publication solely to remove:

  • illegal content; defamatory statements;
  • Offensive or illegal content is removed.

No review is deleted based on its rating. Reviews are retained for a maximum of five (5) years from the date of publication.
